Clear + Brilliant® Permea is a fractional laser treatment that creates microscopic channels in the upper layers of the skin, stimulating cellular renewal and encouraging healthy tissue growth. How Many Treatments Will I Need?

We generally recommend a series of 3–6 treatments, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, depending on your individual goals. Ongoing maintenance sessions help sustain your results and keep your skin looking luminous year-round.

What to Expect During Treatment

Topical numbing is applied for 30 minutes prior to your session to maximize comfort. The treatment itself is quick—about 20 minutes—and feels like a gentle warming sensation or a series of light pricks.
