We are privileged to have a superb team in our front office interacting with our patients at each encounter. They have the important responsibility of being a new patient’s initial contact with our practice. This phone interaction is critical for answering inquiries, handling personal concerns, communicating office policy, obtaining accurate patient information, and scheduling appointments in an acceptable time frame. In person, this staff greets patients at the time of initial or subsequent office visits, confirms personal patient data, reviews paperwork, explains and obtains payments, and accommodates scheduling requests. These staff members truly put themselves out for our patients, because they feel that patients are our topmost priority. The caring, diligent, personalized approach of our staff to each and every patient helps make our patients’ experiences in our office a uniquely positive and pleasant one.
